73 Triumph Stag

Beautiful 1973 3.0 V8 Triumph Stag finished in Pimento Red over Black Vinyl with Red piping and stitching. 
 
 
We’re pleased to offer this lovely old 66000 mile 4 speed manual/overdrive Stag with only 2 previous owners. One Triumph themselves and the latter since 1978.
 
 
With an already fantastic base car complete with all of it’s original documentation the vehicle was purchased in 2017 by the current owner and received a full documented engine rebuild in 2018, along with a photographed and documented body restoration in 2019 & a full interior re-trim including a new roof. As you can see it looks incredible and drives as fantastic as you would expect being the no expense spared example it is.
 
 
With no aftermarket panels throughout or rust to contend with when the car was stripped to bare metal, it has to be one of the most solid and original examples about that wants for nothing other than enjoying, don’t get us wrong if you want concourse you may want to replenish some of the brightwork and re polish the wheels but the originality of what is still there is mighty impressive for a car that is now over 50 years old and means it can be enjoyed and used for a run out for breakfast with the family or to a car show at the weekend and still hold it’s head up while snapping necks while doing so.
